Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made before shipment. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within our current processing timeframe listed on the website. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are expected to ship on a future date. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed in the product description whenever available.

Please note that pre-order timeframes are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturer or supplier delays that are outside of our control.

Orders Containing Both Pre-Order and Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives and is ready to ship.

If you would like ready-to-ship items shipped sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our automatic processing through our site, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes:

Size changes

Order cancellations

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
